Don't wet your jars. Heat them slowly in the oven: 125°F for 5 minutes, then 175°F for 5 minutes, then keep them at 200°F. While the jars are heating, bring the oil to a boil. Fill the jars and water bath for 10 minutes, or store in the refrigerator. For the best flavor, use within 3–6 months.</div>
