Raised in an Amish community, she teaches practical food preservation, traditional homestead skills, and hands-on canning through classes, workshops, and educational resources. Her passion is helping others build confidence in the kitchen by sharing generations of practical knowledge in a way that is approachable, encouraging, and easy to follow.
