This includes written sign-ups on paper newsletter forms at community events or email/phone entries at our mobile checkout counter. If you voluntarily submit reviews, photos, recipes, or testimonials, we retain that submitted content.

Order & Payment Information: When you make a purchase—whether online or at an in-person event—we collect transaction details including items purchased, date, order total, and payment method type. Payment card details are processed directly by secure third-party processors (such as Stripe, PayPal, or mobile card readers like Square or Zoho POS). Blossom & Brine™ never stores or sees your full credit card numbers or banking passwords.

Blossom & Brine™ does not intentionally collect or store your complete credit-card number or banking password on our own website servers. If you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, recipe, testimonial, story, or other content to Blossom & Brine™, we may retain that content along with information necessary to identify or communicate with the person who submitted it. Our Terms & Conditions explain the permission you grant Blossom & Brine™ when you voluntarily submit material for publication or use on our website, social media, or other Blossom & Brine™ communications.
