Meet Blossom
Our Story
Tradition wasn’t a trend — it was a way of life.
Raised in an Amish community, Blossom learned that food was more than something to prepare. It was something to preserve, honor, and share. In her grandmother’s kitchen, canning was a ritual—an act of caring for family long after the harvest had passed.
A Journey of Survival
As a young woman, life took an unexpected turn. After being diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes, Blossom needed medical resources her community couldn't provide. She stepped into the "English" world—not as a rejection of her roots, but as a matter of survival.
Old Ways for a New World
Through every change, her heritage remained her anchor. The skills passed down through generations—canning, preserving, and homemaking—became the knowledge she now uses to sustain others.
What started as traditional wisdom has grown into a community of over 49,000 members. Today, Blossom & Brine™ blends Amish traditions with modern food safety to make canning accessible, approachable, and joyful for everyone.
"Traditional knowledge should never be lost—it should be preserved, practiced, and passed on."

What the world is saying

"I bought a few jars at the farmers market and went back for more the next week. The strawberry jam tasted like the kind my grandmother used to make. You can tell these aren't factory-made."
