Materials provided across this website, on our homestead blog, through our Learning Center, or via digital download are licensed exclusively for your personal, household, non-commercial use.

• Blog Posts & Online Articles: You are welcome to read, bookmark, and print single copies of blog articles, tutorials, and online recipes for your personal reference, home kitchen binder, or homestead planning.

• Digital Guides & Downloads: You may print purchased digital guides, canning elevation tables, or checklists solely for your private home or workshop use.

• No Rights Transferred: Reading our blog, downloading materials, or purchasing guides does not transfer copyright ownership, grant commercial reproduction rights, or authorize you to republish our written blog posts or tutorials elsewhere.

Blossom & Brine™ sewing patterns and accompanying construction manuals are proprietary works protected by copyright:

• Pattern Files & Instructions: You may not copy, scan, trace for resale, digitally distribute, share in pattern-swapping groups, or resell the printed or PDF pattern files and instructions.

• Finished Handcrafted Items: Individual home sewists are permitted to sell small-batch, finished physical garments or home goods sewn by hand from our patterns (such as at local church bazaars, fairs, or community markets), provided items are made by an individual and not mass-produced in a commercial manufacturing or assembly-line setting. Attribution to Blossom & Brine™ as the pattern designer is appreciated.

Blossom & Brine™ respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). If you believe material residing on or accessible through our website infringes your copyright, please submit a formal DMCA Notice to our designated agent at [email protected] containing:
